Daryl A. Tate is an instructional design and digital media technology scholar and professional with a Doctorate in Learning Technologies from the Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology. His academic and professional career includes collaborating with clients to design initiatives that merge organizational development with digital advertising strategies. Dr. Tate’s research and practice focuses on 21st-century, learner-centered environments and how they shape the ways people engage with and understand products, services, and brands. By integrating instructional design principles, digital media literacy, and contemporary technologies, he bridges the science of learning with marketing innovation. Brittany Tate-Reese

Brittany Tate-Reese is an award-winning director, producer, editor, and digital media specialist. She began her career with CFC Technologies at just 14 years old, producing documentaries and news media events for the company. Brittany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, a Master of Arts in Mass Communication and Public Relations, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Learning Technologies at the Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology.
Her creative excellence has been recognized nationally and regionally, earning Best Producer and Best Music Score at the Reel Stories Film Festival in Malibu, California, along with multiple video awards from the Texas School Public Relations Association (TSPRA). These honors reflect not only her individual talent but also her ability to advance CFC Technologies’ mission of integrating innovative media production with impactful digital strategies—delivering content that educates, engages, and drives measurable outcomes for clients.

April Taylor-Tate, PhD.
Director of Behavioral Learning Innovation, CFC Technologies
April Taylor-Tate earned her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and completed an AERA/IES postdoctoral fellowship at the Rossier School of Education, University of Southern California.
Her research focuses on the development of motivation, with particular attention to academic achievement among urban minority youth. She examines the social, cultural, and psychological factors that influence achievement motivation and develops theory-driven practices to enhance engagement and persistence.
